Delete your account

In the app

Open GameSetLadder, sign in, then go to Profile › Settings › My data › Delete my account. Your account is deleted right away.

Without the app

Write to contact@gamesetladder.com with the name on your Player Card and ask for your account to be deleted. We may ask you a question to make sure the account is yours.

What is deleted

Your Player Card, photo, level and its history, stats, goals, availability, messages, comments, contact details and sign-in details. This is done within 30 days at most.

What is kept

The matches you played stay in your opponents' history, without your name, so that their levels stay right. Nothing else is kept, unless the law requires it.
