Terms of Use

By signing in to the Service, creating a Player Card or otherwise using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, by the Privacy Notice and by the rules of play published within the Service under “How it works”, which form an integral part hereof. If you do not agree, you shall not use the Service.

In these Terms: (a) “Player Card” means the profile created by a User upon registration; (b) “Season” means a period of competition organised within the Service, including the test season designated “Season 0”; (c) “League” means a group of Users placed together for the purposes of a Season; (d) “Ranked Match” and “Practice Match” have the meaning given to them within the Service; (e) “Administrator” means any person designated by us to administer the Service, and “League Administrator” means a User elected by a League, or designated by us, to settle disputes in accordance with the rules of play; and (f) “User Content” means any score, reaction, message, report or other content submitted by a User.

3.1 Each natural person may hold one account only, created through LINE. Accounts are personal and shall not be transferred, shared or sold.

3.2 You undertake to provide information that is true, accurate and complete, including your real first name or the nickname by which you are commonly known, your gender and your declared rating or level, and to keep such information up to date. The declared rating or level determines, among other things, your initial level and your League placement.

3.3 Where you have not attained the age of majority under Thai law, you represent that you have obtained the consent of the holder of parental responsibility where such consent is required by law.

3.4 You are responsible for maintaining the security of your LINE account and for all activity carried out through your account.

4.1 The Service is provided in a testing (“beta”) phase. Its features, rules, dates, scoring methods and presentation may be modified, suspended or discontinued at any time, in whole or in part, without liability.

4.2 Admission to the beta is limited and granted at our sole discretion. Season 0 is a test season: any title awarded therein carries no official recognition, and year goals constitute a preview which shall restart in January 2027. Your level and your matches are retained at the end of the beta.

5.1 Placement in a League, the composition of Leagues and the conditions for joining, remaining in or leaving a League are determined by us in accordance with the rules of play, and may be adjusted where necessary to preserve the balance of a Season.

5.2 Participation in certain Seasons may be subject to the payment of a fee. Any fee, together with the terms of payment and of any refund, shall be communicated within the Service prior to enrolment, and shall apply as so communicated.

6.1 Matches are arranged directly between Users, who are solely responsible for agreeing upon the date, time and venue, for booking courts and for bearing any associated cost. We do not operate, own, manage or supervise any venue, and we do not provide equipment, coaching, refereeing or medical assistance.

6.2 Tennis is a physical activity which involves an inherent risk of injury. You participate in any match voluntarily and at your own risk, and you are solely responsible for ensuring that you are medically and physically fit to play and for ceasing play in the event of injury or discomfort.

6.3 Any dispute between Users arising from a match, a booking or any arrangement between them shall be resolved between such Users, without prejudice to the dispute procedure provided within the Service for the recording of results.

7.1 Users shall agree, before play, whether a match is to be a Ranked Match or a Practice Match, shall enter the actual score after the match, and shall call the lines on their side of the court in good faith.

7.2 The following are prohibited: (a) entering a match that did not take place or a score that does not correspond to the match played; (b) playing or entering results under the identity of another person; (c) deliberately losing, colluding with another User or otherwise manipulating results, levels, League Points or placements; (d) harassing, insulting, threatening or discriminating against any person, whether within the Service, in messages or on court; (e) submitting unlawful, defamatory or offensive User Content; and (f) interfering with the operation or security of the Service.

7.3 Disagreements regarding a result shall be submitted through the dispute procedure provided within the Service and shall not be the subject of public argument.

Administrators and League Administrators may, in accordance with the rules of play, settle disputes, correct, confirm or void any score or match, adjust ratings, levels, League Points or placements, and, in the event of a breach of these Terms, issue warnings or suspend, exclude or remove a User, with or without notice. Decisions taken within the Service in respect of results and placements are final for the purposes of the Service.

Ratings, levels and their reliability, League Points and standings are generated by our own methodology, which remains confidential, and may be recalculated at any time, including following the correction of a result or a change of methodology. They are provided for recreational purposes, confer no right or entitlement, and are not guaranteed to correspond to any other rating or ranking system.

Where the Service offers predictions on upcoming matches, they are a free game for entertainment only: no stake, no payment, no prize or reward of any monetary value is involved, and the points awarded confer no right or entitlement. Where the Service offers comments on matches, you shall keep them courteous and relevant; the players concerned, the author and the administrators may remove any comment, and we may suspend the ability to comment of any User who abuses it.

You retain your rights in your User Content. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence, for the duration of the operation of the Service, to host, store, reproduce, process, display and communicate your User Content to the extent necessary for the operation of the Service. You represent that your User Content is accurate and does not infringe the rights of any third party. Your own Personal Data remains yours and may be requested at any time in accordance with the Privacy Notice.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranty, express or implied, as to the availability, continuity, accuracy, reliability or fitness for a particular purpose of the Service, and we do not warrant that the Service will be free of errors, interruptions or defects. Errors may be reported through Profile › Settings › Help.

12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage, for any loss of data, opportunity or enjoyment, or for any injury, loss or damage arising from matches played between Users, from the conduct of any User, or from any venue.

12.2 Our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service shall not exceed the total amount of fees actually paid by you for the Season in which the event giving rise to liability occurred.

12.3 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit any liability which cannot be excluded or limited under the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, including liability arising from fraud or gross negligence.

You may cease using the Service and delete your account at any time through Profile › Settings › My data, in which case your Personal Data shall be dealt with in accordance with the Privacy Notice. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service in the event of a breach of these Terms, or upon the discontinuance of the Service.

We may amend these Terms from time to time. The date of the latest version appears at the top of this page. Material amendments shall be notified through the Service or by LINE message before taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of an amendment shall constitute acceptance of the amended Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms which cannot be settled amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangkok.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. No failure or delay in exercising any right shall operate as a waiver thereof. These Terms, together with the Privacy Notice and the rules of play, constitute the entire agreement between you and us in respect of the Service. We may assign our rights and obligations hereunder in connection with any transfer of the Service. These Terms are drawn up in the English language; any translation is provided for convenience only and the English version shall prevail.
